Request A License

To request a license for your FreeForm system, ClayTools system, or OpenHaptics Toolkit please fill out the required fields below.

Sensable Technologies Customer Support is open from 9 am to 5 pm EST/EDT, Monday through Friday. You should receive a license within 24 hours. Note Sensable Customer Support is not available during company observed holidays. 

A license will not be issued without the proper PHANTOM® Desktop™ or PHANTOM Omni™ serial number and proper Host ID, so pay careful attention when entering your information.

The Host ID value can be found by opening your FreeForm or ClayTools software and choosing Help > About Licensing.
